Jewellery Manufacturing Process
Jewellery manufacturing consists of an extensive step-by-step process in which each department specializes in a particular procedure.
The first step begins in discussing your personal desires with an in house designer, allowing them to sketch out an image of your ideal piece of jewellery. Once you have agreed upon the sketch it is delivered to the workshop where a wax maker begins to carve out your design from a piece of wax.

Next, the wax piece is sent to be cast into gold with the use of high-tech machinery and then given to a goldsmith for shaping and finishing.
After symmetry and leveling is obtained, the piece is taken to a setter and the wanted stones are set into place.
Finally, the piece is polished and ready for pick up.
