Core Direction brings Core Studio, the new indoor group exercise studio on the marina level of The Waves Tower by Damac, Dubai Marina!
We’ve pulled the plug on the cardio equipment that bores us all to tears, thrown out the weight machines that take up all the floor space and provided an all-singing, all-dancing workout studio that provides what 76% of people attending the gym on a regular basis actually go for, and it’s at half the price! Core Studio offers unlimited access to both indoor and outdoor group exercise classes such as Body Pump, Body Combat, Spin, Sculpt, Step, Kickbox, Zumba, Hiphop, Bellydance, Rave and outdoor Bootcamp and Yogilates!

The Monthly membership rates are at a very competitive 300Dhs and only 200Dhs joining fee (one-time payment) allowing you to access as many classes throughout the month as you wish!
Do you have toddlers, children or teenagers who love to dance? Core Studio is a Core Dance Academy for children in the morning offering innovative dance classes for children and toddlers aged 1 - 18yrs such as Musical Theater, Ballet, Mums’n’Tots, Girlz & Boyz Hip Hop and Contemporary dance classes. The classes run from 11AM – 11:45 AM for toddlers, then from 3PM – 5:45 PM for ages 3- 18yrs.
Core Dance Academy is run by Michelle Edwards who started dancing at four and carried out her training with “ The Imperial Society of Dance Teachers” based in London, UK.

Membership is at 500Dhs for 10 sessions of your choice with a 3 month validity period.
