Booty Bootcamp is especially designed for women. Just like a coffee morning without the calories! It focuses on what women want to achieve which is normally calorie burning and toning. Therefore the programs are based on high cardio activities along with fitness and toning activities. Booty Bootcamp is a perfect fit for new mothers, athletes and students. It is a fun outdoor fitness training program. A 60 minute total body workout, which includes: Athletic drills, cardiovascular/high intensity calorie burning, sports specific training methods, obstacle courses, kickboxing, weight training and other fun fitness activities. MMA-Fit is based on the Fitness Training Principles that a MMA Fighter Competing in The UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) would undertake in order to compete at the highest level. It’s a cardio packed workout that caters for both men and women of all fitness levels to train at their own pace without contact and without getting hurt. The key components that MMA- Fit focuses on are endurance, power, and core strength. The course is run by Tam Khan (Cage rage professional fighter) and this course is endorsed by the UFC Legend Royce Gracie (Gracie jujitsu).
