DOSC Sailability (Dubai Offshore Sailing Club)

Sailability is committed to giving people with special needs the opportunity to learn to sail and to integrate into the sailing community. We offer a free structured sailing programme to schools with students of special needs.

DOSC Sailability is affiliated to RYA Sailability (Royal Yachting Association - UK) and are one of a few select overseas centres to hold this status. The program is a positive opportunity to create life long skills, instil positive memories and allow students to feel the exhilaration of the ability to sail.

We are looking to expand our activities but require further volunteers. Non sailors are welcome as there are plenty of land based activities to cover.

Sailability strives to be a provider to as many Special Needs schools in the future within the UAE and the program is run and managed by a dedicated team of volunteers.

This spirit of the program is fostered in an environment where everyone has the chance to learn the skills of sailing, with the ultimate goal of being able to sail independently.
