Courtyard is only a short distance away by taxi.

Six of us recently visited on a Tuesday night to take advantage of several delicious sounding cocktails, the choice was a tricky one between Passionate Mango, Blue Lagoon, Dune Runner and my favourite - Italian Mojito. I know that in the interests of a fair review I should be able to report on all of the Cocktails but sadly (or not) I got stuck on the Mojitos! But, the remainder of my party were less fickle, and we can report that all tasted fantastic.
The Bar is located above Cucina with a wonderful terrace which would be perfect during the winter months as it looks over the lagoon and Dubai beyond that. We visited during World Cup month which meant lots of men watching football and sadly cigarette smoke, something I had forgotten about since the smoking ban. As non smokers we weren’t comfortable sitting amongst smoke; the staff were magnificent and immediately arranged a table for us downstairs in Cucina where they brought us drinks throughout the evening.
As we were now sitting comfortably we decided to have dinner which is not included in the promotion but worth spending money on! We restricted ourselves to pizza and salad, the selection of both was excellent and the food and service equally good.

The Bar offer great wines at discounted rates from 12.00 noon to 1500 and from 1800 to 2330 each day and Margarita promotions throughout the week.
I would recommend going to the bar first and then popping downstairs for some fabulous Italian cuisine.
