Lesley is a mum of two, and has been living in Dubai for four years. She has been growing steadily more concerned over the number of families that just don’t use seatbelts or car seats in the back for their children. It’s not just a local issue either – we are sure many of you have seen it at your school - parents of all nationalities not buckling their kids up!
