Your kindness can be harmful to your pet
We all love our pets and want to do the best for them but sometimes in our efforts to show how much we love them, we may actually be inadvertently harming them.
From over-feeding them or feeding them the wrong type of food to not giving them enough exercise can cause serious health problems for our beloved furry friends.
Increasing the exercise level is not what you should do this time of year due to the heat and humidity (see previous article). The only thing you can do now is to reduce your pet’s food intake and or change to a good balanced diet that is gives a “full” feeling but does not contain too many calories.
