About an hour and 20 minutes-ish from Mirdif, depending on traffic.

We took a bunch of 10 year olds there on the weekend and they *loved* it

This is umm al quwain... Is it another emirate? How far out is it from global village?
And what is barracuda??? I thought there r only two options for water parks but dreamland seems quite popular with the ew ladies...

In my opinion Dreamland is good for older kids and adults as well. The rides are not so thrilling than in Aquaventure but still great place to go.

I would say so Minky, there are a few rides, which he/she would enjoy I'm sure.

Isn't there a new waterpark in RAK? Not sure if there are any reviews on EW but it might be worth considering?
