prejudice

Prejudice is one thing, being politically correct to the point of blindness is another.

We can close our eyes and say it "could have been" rowdy Japanese, Bolivian or Fijian kids, but people generally know that kids, teenagers who throw bottles, harass girls and some men, vandalize stuff are generally not western or Far eastern expats , there are some kids who carry knives and even swords sometimes and take part in gangfights, and they are generally of some other backgrounds, not KSA maybe, but some other countries.

We were driving around Umm Al Quwain another weekend and 2 teenage kids on a motorbike whizzed past a labourer walking on roadside. The 2 monkeys threw their cans of drinks at him, laughing away!!! Awful behaviour that I have never seen.

its sad that these kids manage to get away with such disgusting behaviour.

We were witness to a terrible incident last night as we parked our car in the basement car park and went for the Literature Festival. There were about 10-15 kids all aged 10 to 12 years old in the car park with cans of Red Bull hanging around. A young lady was walking towards her car and this group of kids ran upto her and abused her in adult language. They even threw cans at her. We were stunned. They were definitely not local kids please don't blame the locals.

Where are the parents and how do they let such young kids on their own in a mall?
