It could get complicated, I heard of someone doing this and they were told they had to go to Abu Dhabi and come back twice in one day.

In the end they used a car registration service, they took care of all the paperwork and everything.

Probably best to do likewise esp now it could be a slow process.

I am selling my car and have an interested buyer in AD but have been advised that Dubai no longer supply export plates, only transfer certificate and that buyer would need to transport the car either by towing or truck to AD and register there.

Anyone have any ideas who to use, costs involves, have a trailer we can borrow... Any advice would be appreciated.
