Child's Play & Small World Nurseries

Child’s Play Nursery operates Sunday to Thursday. The nursery hours are 8.00 am—12.30 pm. There is also a late class facility to 2.00 pm. During these times, children may be brought to nursery and collected at their parents’ convenience. Flexible attendance is offered with the choice of 2, 3, 4 or 5 days. A large outdoor play area allows children to develop physically with room to move about, play games and enjoy physical play. Our outdoor areas become outdoor classrooms in the cooler weather, when all areas of the curriculum are taken outdoors. We have small teaching groups to allow one-to-one attention. Staff observe children and plan their next steps from observations – no long term plans. Children are involved in the planning of topics and are encouraged to make choices and pursue their own interests, gaining confidence. We ensure that a close relationship is formed and maintained between home and nursery. We believe it is important to work with parents in settling a child. Staff and parents agree the settling programme that suits each individual child. A settling day is planned in June for all children attending in September. Parents have the opportunity to meet with staff and become familiar with the nursery environment. Events are planned to involve parents in nursery life.

The Palms Nursery is a small relaxed nursery that has been operating in the Dubai community since 1988. Ladybird Nursery is a Montessori Nursery school established in 1996. The school is located on a quiet road in Jumeirah. Dubai British School is a thriving British international school, located in the Springs area of Dubai's Emirates Hills. Innoventures Education

Innoventures Education was born with a simple belief. If Dubai is to be a world-class city, it must have world-class education. Our first school, Dubai International Academy, started in 2005 and has become one of the most sought-after international schools in Dubai. In 2010, we took over the management of two Raffles International Schools and eight Raffles Nurseries in Dubai. The newest addition to our portfolio is Collegiate American School, a premium international school that offers the best of American education with a technology-enriched curriculum based on the American Common Core Standards. We are also venturing into day care with the soon-to-open Burj Nursery located in the prestigious Burj Khalifa complex. Today, with 4 schools, 9 nurseries, over 5,300 students from more than 100 countries, and  770 staff across 60 countries, we are well on our way to delivering on our promise of bringing world class education to Dubai.
