15 Great Activities for Dads and Kids in Dubai

A lot of dads in Dubai are hard at work through the week, so the weekend is the perfect time for them to catch-up with some important bonding time with their little ones... From a walk in the park, huge dinosaurs and father-child activities aplenty, Dad won't be at a loss for what to do with the kids! 

1. Bake some delicious cupcakes for you both to enjoy... Personalise them with both of your favourite colours and themes and enjoy the delicious snacks for a few days.

2. Head to The Dubai Mall to see the huge - and real! - dinosaur skeleton currently on display.

3. Spot their favourite butterflies and creepy crawlies at the beautiful Dubai Miracle Gardens and Dubai Butterfly Gardens.

4. Find a community event near you to join in and have some fun together.

5. Volunteer your time together at one of Dubai's animal charities or rescue groups... We have no doubt you'll both make some fur-ever friends for life.

6. Grab your smartphone and head to Dubai's streets while you both search for your favourite creatures with Pokémon GO... And if Pokémon isn't your taste, try one of these great games instead.

7. Head to Boardwalk down at Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club for a delicious lunch together with spectacular views... There's a kids club there, too!

9. Have a jump around at one of the hugely popular indoor trampolining venues... With one located in Al Quoz and in Mirdiff, it's great fun for all ages.

10. Head out for a walk together at one of Dubai's beautiful parks... Weather permitting of course.

11. Enjoy a cycle together and take in Dubai's spectacular desert views.

12. Head down to Ras Al Khor with breakfast in the boot and enjoy seeing the flamingos... It's free of charge too! 

13. Catch the latest movie releases at your nearest cinema, with great films coming out weekly, we're sure you'll find something age appropriate that you can both enjoy.
