Scouts in Dubai
Just because you're an expat now, it doesn't mean you can no longer be a scounting member. In fact, there's groups your child can join out here in Dubai. Which is great if you're seeking new friends and fellow expats to connect with. There's a few groups you or your child(ren) can join while living in the Emirate.

If you're interested in getting involved in any of the groups, you can contact them via the following information.

British Scouting Overseas (BSO)
BSO is a UK Scout Area supported by the International Office at Gilwell Park, who operates the UK Programme around the world. You may contact Fiona, by emailing [email protected] for more information about joining a group here in Dubai.

You may also find BSO groups elsewhere across the Gulf, including Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia.

Cub Scouts
If you're interested in learning more about Cub Scouts, which is designed for children in grades 1-5. You may find information about the Cub Scouts here in Dubai by visiting their website here or by contacting Garry Presdee on [email protected] or Valerie Presdee on [email protected]

Boy Scouts of America
