8 Reasons to Love Dubai

From beautiful beaches to the record-breaking buildings, Dubai has so much to offer that it's hard not to fall in love with it!

In the past few years, Dubai has really made a name for itself internationally. People from all over the world come here to marvel at some of the best architecture and attractions, from the tallest building in the world to the largest dancing fountain.

For those of us lucky enough to live in this city, we know there's so much that makes it such a great place to be.
8 Reasons to Love Dubai
Here are eight reasons that make it easy to love Dubai!

1. The weather

The exceptional climate is what attracts expats from various regions to move to Dubai. Locals and tourists enjoy the outdoors at Dubai's lavish beaches outside of the summer months.

Outdoor sports and fitness exercises are common, whether volleyball, tennis, surfing, beach yoga and more. Opportunities to camp in the desert are endless with travel groups, locals and meet-ups enjoying the outdoors on a weekly basis.

2. Constant investment opportunities

Dubai is hosting the World Expo in 2020.  The Expo is scheduled to begin in October 2020 and will welcome more than 180 nations and a global audience of 25 million visitors. The Expo's popularity has driven Dubai's real estate market on an upswing.

Many off-plan projects are launching in preparation for the tourism influx from the Expo. Prime communities for off plan investment in 2017 include Dubai South, Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai Hills Estate and Dubailand.

3. Fascinating architecture

Burj Khalifa

Dubai's futuristic vision of becoming the world's most modern city in a short span of time is inspiring. The most visible display is in Dubai's architecture. The Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest skyscraper in the world, reaches 829.8 metres in height.

Dubai seeks to surpass its Guinness World Record by constructing the Tower, an observation tower that will surpass the Burj Khalifa in height. The Tower’s height will be 928 metres tall, 100 metres higher than the Burj Khalifa.

Its engineered design is different from traditional skyscrapers in the world. The structure will consist of a minaret shaped slim tower with lily flower patterns, securely anchored to the ground by sturdy cables. The Tower will have an oval-shaped observation deck, providing panoramic views of Dubai's coastline.

4. Safe and secure

Dubai is one of the safest places in the world. The World Economic Forum (WEF) revealed the United Arab Emirates is the third safest place in the world, with Qatar and Finland ranked 2nd and 1st. Travelling throughout Dubai is safe during any time of the day and night.

Crime is rare and theft is extremely low. Do not panic if you accidently leave your belongings in the open.

5. Tax-free salary
