1. A spa treatment
This can be a treatment in an actual spa, where she can hideaway to relax and have some "me" time, or you could gift her with a spa treatment basket, with all the necessary items to ensure your MIL feels as relaxed as possible. No doubt she'll be thinking warm, fuzzy thoughts about you for days afterward!

2. A fashionable scarf
Choose something that is lightweight, but still provides warmth and comfort on the most windiest days. Make sure it's stylish, and matches her favourite coat, and pick the one that you think will best suit her look and personality!

3. A life story book
Help to record your MIL's life story by creating a life story book; document her entire life, highlighting the most memorable dates and times for her. Make sure to leave room at the back though, so as not to imply that she's done living her life! She has plenty more memories and life experiences to share.

4. A candle
Who doesn't love a good candle? A great addition to any fireplace.

5. A breakfast tray
Gift her with the ultimate comfort of breakfast in bed with a sleek breakfast tray! Ensure all of her children who are still living at home with her are aware of the fact she has one now so they can make use of it!
