ExpatWoman and Mark Wilkinson teamed up for another MasterChef cookery morning in March at the Fabulous Mark Wilkinson Showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road. ExpatWoman Members were treated to a fabulous demo by Chef Josh Kucharick at real rising star at Fire & Ice, Raffles Dubai. It was certainly a full house (standing room only!) to watch Chef Josh prepare Roasted Cornish Hen, Wild Rice Stuffing with Natural Jus, while we tasted buttered poached Canadian Lobster with asparagus. At the end of the morning Sybil was the lucky winner of the AED500 voucher to use at Fire & Ice, Raffles, Dubai and two lucky ladies won signed books by Anthony Worrell Thompson.
