We recently held our HR Breakfast for professional women living in Dubai. Did you join us? You may have been ex-papped!

As part of our ongoing series of HR Breakfasts, we held our last one of 2016 in November at the Dubai Marina Yacht Club.

We invited HR professionals and business women living and working in Dubai to join us at this fantastic opportunity to learn new HR skills, meet peers and network with others in the emirate.

ExpatWoman HR Breakfast | November 2016

At this session, we had CIPD Senior Employer Solutions Manager for the Middle East and GCC, Amy Baxendale, join us as she helped attendees to understand and demonstrate the evolution of the role of HR in the Middle East, and the changes faced and opportunities available from it.

Breakfast was included as our EWers had the opportunity to learn tricks of the trade from Amy herself.

She discussed how HR professionals need to ensure they fully understand the changing real world context in which they are operating, and evolve their ways of working to navigate the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. Not only that, but Amy also shed light on the findings from CIPD's recent regional research, and how ready HR and organisations in the reation are for the future world of work.

If you joined us at this particular session, check our gallery to see if you were ex-papped! Plus, here's some of our favourites from the event...
