Every year we handle more than 64,000 international, domestic, and local household goods moves. At every level our moving services are designed to offer maximum peace of mind.

Crews are led by English-speaking supervisors and all operational teams are trained in accordance with ISO standards. We reward excellent performance and crews are paid based on packing performance and customer comments.

Technology plays a crucial role in all our moves. Staff use a customized Move Manager system to monitor each move in detail. Relocating clients can access important and helpful information concerning their move via our password protected web site. Information including shipping dates, country profiles and destination customs regulations is available when they need it.

Our pre-move surveyors use our unique hand-held computers to take a detailed inventory of all items to be moved and record special requirements. Digital pictures are taken to capture images of items that are fragile, large, heavy or in other ways may require special handling during the move. We also provide on-the-spot volume and weight estimates, and print out complete inventories for clients and operational crews as they prepare for the removal.
