Duties:
  • Assisting in the daily running of our existing service Department and personnel
  • Receive, evaluating and quoting enquiries from our customer
  • Completing contract review on successful acceptance of works
  • Assisting in the mobilisation of our offshore technicians to complete works
  • Following works, debrief and closing contracts with customers
Required knowledge, skills and abilities:
  • Computer literate
  • Be able to create/modifying/save Word/Excel documents
  • Send/receive e-mails including attachments
  • Manage electronic folders and documents
  • Able to communicate in oral and written English language effectively
Minimum Qualifications:

  1. At least 2 years experience in general office responsibilities and procedures
