I can 2nd the Ramada Jumeirah for Business use.

They have the Jumeirah & Al Mina Room which would be suitable for 30 people. They do a great buffet lunch for large groups and provide parking foc

The Rotana's are a good choice, also the new Ramada in Jumeriah can help you out.

Good Ideas Noddy. will check these places. Actually we need a good place to meet & discuss about our agenda (not necessarily Dinner, It could be snacks & beverages).

Try the Media Rotana, I have used them for a conference of 200 pax as well as a smaller gathering for 30 and both times they have been exceptional. Depends what you want though, there is the Holiday Inn Express at Media City. Are you looking for somewhere that can cater, licensed or not, location, etc? HTH

I have to organize an event/ meet up (Professional type), for 30 people. I'm having trouble thinking of a venue (not very expensive as everyone has to pay or contribute their bills). Any help will be greatly appreciated.
