Pacific Regency hotel. It has the biggest hotel rooms in Kuala Lumpur and each room has a little kitchenette too. Nice pool and poolbar at the hotel too with lovely views.

There is a Prince Residence and a Somerset Ampang (?) both of which has large apartmentsThe latter is near the British HC and not walking distance from main tourist areas but the location is otherwise very good. As for hotels, Chulan, Westin, Mandarin Orienta, ShangriLa are all good

Hey LuLee, we stayed at the Pullman and the Shangrila Putrajaya.Absolutely loved the shangrila, ridiculously comfortable beds, huge grounds, pool, free wifi if I remember correctly. I am fairly sure they also had a kids club...And room service is the same price as eating at the restaurant. The pullman was great as well, just different, and perhaps more suitable for kids.I was a bit sick at the time, someone else might be able to give a better review.

I need to book for 2 adults and 3 children (4 years and below). Can anyone suggest names of hotels/apartments in Kuala Lumpur?I've still not decided between Langkawi or Borneo. Which is better? And suggestions of hotels that can accomodate all of us. Edited to add we're on a budget so we don't want to spend too much on hotels.TIAedited by LuLee on 09/06/2012
