I am thinking of selling mine, mainly because both kids end up fighting over who sits in it (thats my 9 yo and 4yo fighting over it).
it's the dark colour, the cusions are new (white with black circles, contemporary looking) I just need to locate the bar and strap, I know I put them somewhere safe !
If you are interested leave me your email and I will get back to you.

Stokke Tripp Trapp is a great investment. However, there are also a lot of imitation chairs around now as well at a fraction of the price. As well as the John Lewis one, I am sure Mothercare do one too. Not sure if they do it here but I think I recall seeing it in their catalogue back in the UK. These are a great idea and my LO loves being able to sit in his big boy chair at the table with the rest of us.

Thanks ladies. I would LOVE to buy one second hand, but sadly haven't found one yet on Dubizzle. Good to know that you are happy with them.
Sprinkles, I will check out the link !
Thanks and if anyone is interested in selling theirs, I would be keen in buying!
Thanks again!

I bought one second hand on Dubbizzle when my LO was 2.5years old. I can honestly say it was the best purchase ever. LO can sit properly at the table at exactly the right height. The seat and footrest adjust as they are growing so they are always sitting at the right level - table at elbow level and knees at 90degrees!
I'm planning to use ours for many years to come!

I had thought about buying the Stokke... but opted for the (much cheaper) Baby Dan version instead from John Lewis. http://www.johnlewis.com/231249111/Product.aspx I bought two, and they are wonderful! Excellent value for money, have no regrets

I have 2 for my girls and personally think they're worth every bit I spent on them! I've had mine for both since they were babies. They're now 7 and 4 and still using them perfectly - they can reach the table properly so no need to sit on cushions and all that.

I am considering buying my 2.5 year old the Stokke Tripp Trapp and was wondering if any of you could offer me feedback.
Is it worth the money? I have an 8 month old too, so will have both kids use it should I decide to buy it.
My 2.5 year old is not ready to sit in a regular dining chair and our chairs do not have arms, so not too keen on a booster seat.
I have heard positive things, but was hoping I could find out a bit more on EW. Thanks!
