Before I got pregnant , was on the Dukan diet for 4 and half months and went from 63kg to 51.9kg its a great diet and the results are amazing ... I changed my eating habits completely from being a complete carb-a-holic...
The best advice I can give is to always have everything prepared on what you will have for breakfast , lunch and dinner so as not to be tempted. Snack food - surimi sticks, crab sticks, turkey, chicken - stick some fat free philli on these and roll them up
, fat free yogurt and oat bran (can find the oatbran in spinneys), sugar free jelly, coke zero - this saved me , boiled egg, turkey bacon, turkey/chicken sausage, meat balls, tuna and prawns in dukan mayonaise, fat free ice cream. Check the sodium content also on some foods as they can be very high and not suitable for the dukan. I did start drinking alcohol after week 4-5 and found it didnt make much difference with the weight loss. You will feel tired and may get headaches for the first week ... this does pass. Stick with it ! Start working out after the first week go for some walks then build up from there.
