Coming from Dubai (not AD) on SZR take the first turning off SZR towards Ibn Battuta Mall. At the traffic lights go straight over (instead of right to the mall), turn left at the next lights (a building in front on the right says Chelsea Gardens on the top), at the roundabout go first right and then park at the end in the massive car park. The DEWA office is on your right. However I am not sure it is open today, its quite a small office and closes at 3. Also on occasion they havent had enough cash to pay a refund!
