Hi, Ladies, bought Hamour filet today as got a bit fed up with salmon, but have no idea how to cook it easy and tasty for me and my LO. Could someone share some recipe please? As I'm a kitchen disaster a really easy way with not too many ingredients would be appreciated :))

If you enjoy spicy food then here is what I do: Make a dry rub of turmeric, red chilli pwd, salt and coriander pwd (quantity of turmeric should be the least otherwise it will overpower). Add a few drops of fresh lemon juice along with water until it becomes a thick paste. Apply on the fillets and allow to marinate for one hour. Shallow fry/bake (the fried version tastes better) and do not overcook.

wrap it in tin foil with a squeeze of lemon juice, a dash of olive oil, a pinch of salt and some fresh herbs on top and oven bake at around 200C until it flakes easily (don't overcook it).
