I'm taking my team out for Iftar on Saturday. I know it's early days of Ramadan, but if anyone has a recommendation from this year, please share!

We're 9 people, a mix of nationalities (American, Irish, Sudanese, Egyptian, Lebanese, Syrian, Palestinian, Iranian) and most are fasting. Looking for someplace in the range of QR 150/person, relatively traditional, very yummy.

Thanks in advance!

Went to the One & Only last night in the Rotisserie Restaurant, lovely and classy/quiet. Recommended.

Thanks so much for the replies. We ended up at the W -- it was absolutely amazing, both food and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I'm not in Doha at the moment so can't help about this year. However, last year's St.Regis iftar was good and the W hotel Iftar was great!

Not this year but we went to the iftar at Marriott last year and it was good (I don't have anything else to compare it too as that is the only one we made it to). There was a very good and varied spread. I think it was a little over QR 150 though. Have fun! emma123, where have you been for the suhoor?

Rachel, someone just mentioned on Twitter that they'd been to the Torch for Iftar tonight and it was fab. She posted a pic too, looked beautifully decorated with flying carpets!! edited by Jonners on 12/07/2013

Sorrrrry no suggestions, but think I may know why you haven't had many replies............... We've been out for Zuhoors at different hotels but never an iftar. Am thinking maybe its the same for others. the Zuhoors are advertised more. *Had to edit spelling! dont like auto correct! edited by emma123 on 12/07/2013
