Hello everyone
Im looking for some help from people with local knowledge. Im from Australia and every year we celebrate Christmas with a different cultural dining experience using the alphabet. This year we are up to Q and are having a Qatar dining experience. I would like some help with a recipe for Ghuzi that Im a bit confused about . The recipe that I have is boned and stuffed shoulder of lamb cooked similar to a roast but the only picture I can find on the internet suggests that it is served on a skewer similar to a kabab(and not carved as I would have xpected). I believe it is seved with rice (and would love a recipe link for a nice reice dish). It will be the main dish of the day and I would love to know what other side dishes that I could serve with it. I have found a cumin potato recipe and a harissa asparagus one but am unsure what else to serve it with. Any help would be greatly recieved. I will post other treads as I have plenty of questions to ask :)
