Hi there
Last one I promise....The night before the celebrations I also have guests who I was going to serve a more casual meal of Chicken Shawarm and Lamb Kofta/Kebabs in pita bread maybe with a tahini sauce or a yogurt one for the lamb. Does that sound like a reasonable idea? I really appreciate you taking the time to help me with my menu as I only have the internet to go by and would love some feedback from someone with local knowledge. Thank you all :)
