Hi there. I've recently been considering taking up an insurance policy for my poodle, but the insurance company I'm looking at can't seem to provide me any written documentation regarding the policy and what the premium of AED2,500 actually covers. This is of course setting off alarm bells but am not sure if this is perhaps how things are done in the UAE where you take what the agent tells you at face value.
If anyone has taken up a policy with Pet Secure I'd very much like to know of your experience with them and if they really are genuine.
Thanks very much.

Thanks Passport. Yes, I'm a bit wary of their very generalised scheme coverage and exclusions are not stated. Perhaps it's best I hang on to my money for now.

I looked into them but from what I understood they only covered testing an routine check ups so useless for emergency treatment or ops which is what costs all the money.
