young family moving to Muskat soon, A few questions. thx in advance!
Dear Muskat, Oman experts :-)
We have been offered a job to move to Muskat soon. since we have a baby we would like to know what facilities are like etc. We are still in negotiating stages so we'd also like to know if it is the done thing to get a relocation fee?
thanks so much in advance for helping out, it is a bit nerve wrecking moving this far with such a young child...
here are a few more questions;
* is life going to be affordable if we, for the 3 of us, get paid 2200 OMR?
* should we bring our furniture etc from Europe or is it not worth bringing it over?
*how about childrens toy's, safety stuff and clothes? should we prepare and bring everything with us or is everything available in Oman? and what are must haves, so I can make sure to have them on arrival
*is it possible to buy organic food and products?
* there is a nice piece on where to live on this website. is it still accurate? I ask this because the wave was not mentioned in it.
*what is life like in the wave?
