Flames, it looks like shipping costs are not covered by referrel vouchers. This is usually the case with online shopping. You can use the 10 pounds on actual items, but are responsible for paying all the shipping costs. Hope that helps. :)

I recently placed an order via a referral link from a friend. All my items got to my friend's place after being chased for about a week. Since I have a 10 pounds voucher from my referrel, I was planning to use it without spending money of mine. So I placed these socks worth 4.50 and shipping is 2.95 so the total is supposed to be 7.45. If I apply my 10 pounds code, its supposed to be zero but it still shows 2.95. Any idea why? There customer service is pretty much useless.
