Hello, you could try CEIMC (Child Early Intervention Medical Centre) in Dubai Healthcare City - I know they offer a full range of speech services - or Reach Out in Knowledge Village are also excellent.

Kids First Medical Center on Al Wasl Road might be able to help? They seem to have many specialists in different fields. edited by Cleopatra on 23/04/2014

Hi All, My 8 year old son with ASD is developing cognitively and has developed expressive language and communicates using picture cards, gestures, etc. We are currently working on speech therapy for him and his imitation skills are very good and he is trying hard to produce the sounds. However, barring 3-4 phoenics, we haven't been able to make progress. Our speech therapist recommended that we see some specialist who would work on exercising the oral muscles or there could also be a problem with his throat or some other issue which is blocking speech.I had taken him to an ENT last year who confirmed he isn't tongue-tied and a partial hearing test was conducted too, not the full fledged BAER test. Would you know of which doctor or specialist I should see? Or has anyone had a similar experience? I am quite confident that he can speak, but I am not able to pintpoint where he needs help/therapy/treatment. Thanks
