Currently with Tool Time but contract expiring and want to change as not very satisfied with service. I saw some old reviews (2012) and wondered if I can get newer feedback before committing.

I went with Al Hilal originally for their pricing and payment terms. I always find them responsive and as good as any other company. We usually go direct to Imran - no complaints with Al Hilal.

I used them a while ago for fixing the air con but 10 minutes after they left it broke. I called numerous times but they never answered. When I called from a different number they answered so obviously avoiding my call. Very poor customer service and i wouldn't use them again.

We are with Al Hilal and have been pleased with their service. Our tenant was quite hard on them a few times and Al Hilal even complained to me but still continued to do the work. Very responsive and there always seems to be someone available at the Ranches - eg on a Thursday evening one day.
