Please be careful recommending mobile hairdressers on forums like this as it is illegal, even with a free zone free license. I know of three mobile hairdressers who've received the max 100k fine, served 1 month in prison and been deported in the last 4 months.
How did they manage to pay the 100k before leaving the country?
They've had family and friends help pay the fines some by taking out loans in their home countries sold cars, furniture etc. They've just had to get the money together. Two were from the UK one from OZ. To be honest I don't really know the full details of how the money side of it was dealt with and if the deportation was instead of paying the fines. How the fines were paid isn't relevant. I just wanted to make people aware that posting details could get some people into trouble so to be aware. You don't know who is reading or monitoring these sites.
