Balloon dilemmas

Trying to organise a disco for 300 kids at my school and Partyworld won't deliver the balloons unless they are helium !! Am i missing something here ?
If anyone knows of a NICE balloon shop that will deliver balloons, air or helium, can they let me know!
So cross as i have used them for every school event over the last year and they have just decided to be difficult. ,How on earth am I supposed to transport 400 balloons !!!
