I'd like to know what kind of postpartum supplies/medicine or pain relief you received from the hospital or were prescribed post delivery?
Most of the products I read good reviews about are not available on Dubai, such as witch hazel spray, tucks pads or Dermoplast spray for hemmoroids and tearing.
Also I can't find a fiber based all-natural laxative such as metamucil... Everything here is only to be used under doc's supervision for less than a week..
What did you get and how was your experience? I am planning on getting everything shipped her from the US.. But would like to know first what sort of products are available here.
