tough one. not many legal options out there, if not say none, besides of craft market as pollydxb suggested. but not many people have talent to make something others will buy. otherwise you can do: babysitting/pet walking, lessons (if you are good in any academics), sublet your accommodation. if I'm not mistaken they were going to make some changes in labour law to soften the policy and allow second job. lets hope it will be done.
