I want to cook salmon tonight and i want to use up french beans....

Any ideas?

If you fancy something a bit naughty how about crunchy green bean fries, PF Chang style? Make a batter out of flour, water(or hops), garlic powder, s and p. Dip beans in batter and fry up. I'd imagine the crunch would go really well with the soft salmon

How about a salad nicoise using salmon instead of tuna? With a light dressing of greek yoghurt, lemon juice and a touch ( or more if you prefer) of minced garlic instead of mayonnaise or vinaigrette?
