i guess it's case to case. you cannot put dark light on someone once you had unpleasant experience. besides, bragging about himself and being insensitive doesn't mean he is unprofessional or low qualified. Dubai is a big city but it's very small village, if you know what i mean. i would definitely think twice before name the names.
but you are right there are so many poor qualified medical staff. Looks like they are here just to cut coupons.

It might be a good idea to remove your post. There are slander laws and you could find yourself in trouble if the person named complains. Maybe make a complaint to the clinic concerned if you are unhappy?
