I am 40 yrs old and have recently noticed that my neck is wrinkly (actually the best description is that it looks like raw chicken skin - its loose skin) and I'm developing my mothers 'jowls'. Has anyone had a lower face lift out here and, if so, who would you recommend and how much does approx cost? Can't wear polo necks in this heat.
