Hi everyone... We've been in Abu Dhabi a week now and so far so good!I'm trying to find the best place/s to shop for good quality meat. I have been to one Lulu, haven't tried Carrefour yet, but the chickens are so skinny and I'm very fussy about red meat. I would love some input for those who have been around for a while. We are based in Mohammed Bin Zayed City, but I'm willing to travel out a bit.
I uae carrefour in delma mall for red meat - good Australian and New Zealand beef and welsh lamb racks! Chicken I have a problem with here as I find the local chicken tough - so do splash out and buy the New Zealand chicken from spinneys and waitrose - but they only get deliveries on certain days! At around 1130am on Thursday spinneys in Khalidiyah or waitrose at al zeina normally have the chicken then - so I but and stock up and freeze!
