Good afternoon Ladies,

Can anyone suggest an Arabic teacher? (preferably one that will come to your home although this is not essential). Many thanks!

Why don't you try one of the larger Masjeeds in your area. There are also several Islamic foundations that teach Arabic to foreigners. I am sure you would enjoy it; you would meet many different people and at the same time, learn something about Islam too. Try the Dar Al Ber Society in Satwa - I know they have excellent Arabic classes there.

Thank you Izzy, I just called them. Definitely looks good, just need to see if I can fit in with their timetable....

i go to Arabic language centre - the first two terms the teacher came to me at work, for private lessons - it was either 7000 or 9000 AED per 30 hours. Its a lot cheaper to go to the classes.
