Hi Ladies, Do any of you know of possible and sure place for a child in KG2 (turning 5 in Nov)?? Its emergency case. Have contacted several schools but all of them are full. Ideally near Jebel Ali (however, JA School and Winchester are already full). Thank you in advance I think he would be KG1. My son turns 5 end of October and he went into KG1 at Gems World Academy and would have gone into reception in a british curriculum school.

Gulf News has published today that 11 new private schools are opening this academic year. And they all will have plenty of space. Most of them are British curriculum or combined IB though. So if you are looking for American curriculum, try CAS, they are relatively new (3 years) and likely to have a space.

Most schools have bus service. If you dont get a space in your area place your child in a school with bus service to the area. Plenty of new schools opening or have opened already. Place your child on the waitlist of your preferred school also if it is currently full. People come and go. Spaces will open up.

There are loads of schools opening that will probably have space. Dovecote at the green community, Safa new school, Kings two new campuses, Nord Anglia. Then you have Raffles, Regent and all the new Gems schools.
