There's also Oaks Liwa Heights on JLT but no idea what they are like. I visited a friend staying there. They were fine.

We lived at the marriott hotel apartments in Dubai Investment Park for a year. We really liked it there, peace and quiet, only had a one bedroomed thou. Many thanks for that tip - we have looked at a few apartments and decided on a 2 bedder at the Marriott Courtyard. The area looks lovely and peaceful and I like the fact that its low rise :) edited by yallakuwait on 21/09/2014

We are moving to Dubai soon and will be looking for a serviced apartment. My husband will be working in Jumeirah Lakes area (hope that the right name). Any recommendations greatly appreciated.,
