Can anyone please recommend a GP and a psychologist who specialises in treating mild depression, particularly in teens.

Hi, my 15 year old daughter has been seeing a psychiatrist for over 18 months and is on antidepressants. However, she is not comfortable seeing the psychiatrist anymore and feels she wants to wean off the medication. I am hoping to find a GP who can prescribe the medication while weaning her off it. I am also looking for a CBT therapist or child psychologist who can treat her alongside the GP.
Can anyone please recommend a suitable GP or psychologist?
