Anywhere will do it. Look for a stationary shop. Even try a photo shop. Anywhere with a printer and PC will let you do it if you offer $. Not all will even take $ for it. I needed a doc scanned and sent ASAP one day on the way back a meeting in Barsha. I stopped at a stationary store, gave the docs that needed scanning, had the lady from the salon next door thread my eyebrows while they took care of the scanning LOL.
