We are considering buying a house in Dubai (I know...) for us to live in. We are looking at the meadows / the Lakes but are open for other suggestions as long as it has great location, 4 bedrooms and a good garden.

Have been doing some house visits with different real estate agents but so far not impressed with any of them! What is your experience? Anyone you would recommend (or would warn against...)? All suggestions and advice are very welcome!

Thanks!

Thanks Silvset for your info.. May I also ask if you know what the maintenance annual charges are likely to be for a 3 or 4 bed house at Jumeirah Park ( Nakheel has been known to greatly increase this suddenly!)? Thx.. edited by bingo12 on 02/10/2014

May I just ask - have things improved at Jumeirah Park - earlier people complained there was no park, security, barriers, signage etc? And has flooding stopped now? Some people had to wait 6 years to get their house from Nakheel here ( according to reports).
