I remember there used to be a charity collecting shoes/trainers for labourers but cannot find it. Or maybe it was only a Ramadan initiative..
I would like to give away my husbands old shoes (some worn only once). They are in size 12 so might be handy for some workers. I just don't want it to end up in those sorting charities which then take stuff abroad, I would like it to reach the people in need here.
Any ideas?
