Thank you Rosie and Maca. You are right Maca, it could be related to the gut, or hormones or infection. I had a colonoscopy day before and it has all very suddenly disappeared. Maca did you see someone here in Dubai for your acne?

I would definitely recommend seeing also a good clinical dietitian and/or an endocrinologist. I used to suffer from acne for hormonal reasons too and an external treatment will not be able to achieve a long term effect as the acne is being aggravated from inside. A long term change in diet that helped to balance my hormones did the trick.
