hello lovely ladies

I want to know what do you look for when a candidate comes for an interview? How do you decide that this is the one right for my house. I'm currently hiring, some maids/nannies match every word of my requirements on the paper but when they come for 2/3 day trial they seem to be the complete opposite. Some start putting in requests of buy this buy that the very first day, some just come across really tired and slow in the interview but on the other hand the ones who look active turn out to be lazy in the trial.......

Any tips/ experiences on how to hire ...or what to look for while interviewing are welcome:-)
